My 16-month-old grabbed the textured pieces immediately and kept coming back to them all afternoon. The mix of raised patterns on those 8 sensory pieces really does make him pause and feel before sorting, which is exactly what I wanted for his tactile development.
The chunky pieces are perfect for my son’s little hands, and the rubbery textured backs on the shapes definitely get him exploring with his fingers before he even tries to fit them in. We’ve had it out on the floor every morning for a week now, and watching him match the triangle to its slot is hone
The 24-piece count is just right for my 2-year-old—enough variety to keep her busy without overwhelming her.
