My niece grabbed that ring and pulled the neck all the way out while we were stuck in traffic, and the little jingle kept her giggling for a solid ten minutes. Clips onto the stroller bar easily, and it's held up to her constant yanking so far.
The ring-pull mechanism is satisfyingly sturdy—I’ve clipped it to the stroller handle and my baby keeps grabbing for it on every walk. The neck stretches out way longer than I expected, which makes it fun for tummy time too.
